MEZCAL OUR WAY
Our name, which means “the absence of light,” comes from the darkness just before dawn when heavy fog shrouds the Agave on our 9,000 acre ranch.
RITUAL DICTATES THAT MEZCAL BE CONSUMED LEISURELY, IN GOOD COMPANY,
AND SERVED WITH ORANGE SLICES AND HANDMADE SAL DE GUSANO.
